Equipment technology are based on advanced technology such like contemporary steel cold, hydraulic pressure sensor, electronic control, computer and communication etc, with large, continuous and automation characteristics.
The company mainly produces operating acid pickling volumes, rolling hard rolls, hot galvanized volumes, Caitu volumes and other products, products are widely used in; Automobiles, Construction, Home Appliances, Decoration, Hardware, and other industries...
The 1,200,000 tons of continuous pickling line, which use the world's most advanced straightening broken phosphorus and shallow slot turbulent hydrochloric acid pickling technology, with the high precision of circular shear and high voltage electrostatic oiler, ensure the appearance of the product, edge quality and corrosion resistance. It can also undertake 1.8 ~ 4.5mm thick, 700 ~ 1250mm wide’s carbon steel and low alloy high strength steel hot rolled strip pickling business with an annual output of 1,200,000 tons.
